This service department took great care of us and our 2018 AWD Sienna. Our transmission was failing prematurely and Dan Moran and Scott Gardunio both went above and beyond to get Toyota to cover a large portion of the cost of the major repairs. They also provided a loaner vehicle and kept us well informed of the status of our repair. We’ve owned 6 Toyotas since moving to Colorado Springs and this service department has always provided outstanding service for us. Highly recommend.

Terrific service. Had an issue with a completely dead 9 year old Prius. Contacted service department and they sent AAA to assist us. Started it and drove to dealership. They had to keep it overnight for thorough diagnostic testing. My husband had heart surgery scheduled the next day so they provided a (new) loaner car knowing I likely couldn't return it the next day. Nicholas Knight is the best sale's consultant I talked to so far. I tried to work with James and almost lost my temper left the store thinking things please was just a bunch of cons.
